Enjoyment in South Tyrol... This refers to the culinary delights in our country. In our region, you are offered good Tyrolean cuisine combined with light Mediterranean dishes. Our menu lists speck dumplings with goulash, as well as fish pasta and tomatoes with mozzarella. Our team in kitchen gets great enjoyment cooking for you and will spoil you with creations, tickling your eyes as well as your taste buds. This is what you can expect:
- Daily extensive breakfast buffet with muesli and cereal corner, juices, fruit, a variety of breads, cold meats and cheeses, jams and honey, yoghurt and much more.
- For lunch and in the afternoon, we offer small dishes, bread rolls, cakes and ice-cream on our sun terrace.
- For your evening meal, we will serve you a 3 course menu of your choice, as well as a large salad buffet. Some of the salad comes from our own garden. On Sundays, you will be served a 4 course gala dinner. During the summer, we run a weekly BBQ evening and during the autumn, we organise typical Tyrolean farmhouse evenings with roasted chestnuts.
