Terms & conditions at Gantkofel
Important
- On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 p.m. On your day of departure, your room must be vacated by 10 a.m. If you cancel your evening meal ahead of time, we will reduce your rate for that day by € 8. Prices for B&B on request.
- Cancellations are regrettable, but can happen. Please let us know in advance so that another guest can take advantage of your room. Please note that we will charge you 30% of your booking if you leave early or arrive late, or if you give short notice for your cancellation. Also, in this case, you cannot earn your advantage points and there is no discount for cash payments.
- Our special treat... If you pay in cash, you will receive a 2% reduction on our hotel rate if you stay for a minimum of 3 days.
- Please note: we don’t accept cheques. You can only pay cash or by credit card. According to Italian law, we are only allowed to accept cash payments below € 2,500.
- Our hotel is a non-smoking facility. Please smoke outdoors only.
- Bookings are only valid, if you have received a written confirmation from us.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a specific room category, which guarantees a certain floor, location or room number.
