• On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 p.m. On your day of departure, your room must be vacated by 10 a.m. If you cancel your evening meal ahead of time, we will reduce your rate for that day by € 10. Prices for B&B on request.
  • Cancellations are regrettable, but can happen. Please let us know in advance so that another guest can take advantage of your room. Cancellation Policy: the right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
    within 30 days prior to the arrival date 0% from the total price 
    from 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival date 30% from the total price
    from 14 to 6 days prior to the arrival date 50% from the total Price
  • Please note: we don’t accept cheques. You can only pay cash or by credit card. According to Italian law, we are only allowed to accept cash payments below € 4.999,99.
  • Our hotel is a non-smoking facility. Please smoke outdoors only.
  • Bookings are only valid, if you have received a written confirmation from us.
  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a specific room category, which guarantees a certain floor, location or room number.
  • Additional Guest Tax will be applied (2,00 € per night/person/children up to 14 free)
